Clean room and friendly Staff.

Staff was very kind.

Staff were nice. Bed was great. Breakfast wasn’t great

Would definitely not stay here again, Roaches and dead bugs everywhere in the room and there is as a weird smell through out the whole hotel. Cleaning staff was very helpful tho

The staff is nice,and good location My room was dirty I had lots of dog hair I told the manager and didn't offer a discount or anything. The Continental breakfast is terrible i know it is free but the food was bad.

The first - it was a bit more dirty didn’t smell the best, and air conditioning was quite bad. This time around it was much more clean. The smell did improve, even though there were lingerings of it. My only constructive criticism - use some air freshener and update your air-conditioning units. Thanks for the improvements.

The lights Can’t Think of any

Room was hot and very uncomfortable..elevators were not working and staff saw but never asked once if everything was ok

Roaches in room on 3rd floor had to get another room. Basically boil eggs and sausage only for breakfast. If you can find a better room I would do so.

Super clean, hospitable staffs (especial the professional front desk staffs), convenient location, and very flexible arrangement. Totally high recommend The bed a little bit make my back painful when I wake up but the rest was perfect

Cleanliness can be better, saw a cockroach in the room. Breakfast can be more varied, they had exact same breakfast Monday to Friday.

I booked the room for your wife's birthday. I came early. When I opened the door, the smell was horrible. I was about to bring some air freshener to spray in the room, but it was a busy day; I couldn't find anything to kill that smell And then, when I brought my family into the room, they couldn't resist the smell. There was a lady at the front desk. She was so nice; she tried to help us out. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay; we had to leave the same day

Good location People kept trying to open my door several times, good thing it was chained.

Hyatt hotel was very horrible the pipes made knocking noise all night couldn't sleep check out the next day Nothing

Room smelled of mold when the air conditioner ran. And otherwise strong smell of cleaning supplies and solutions.
