Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable. Publicitan desayuno gratuito, pero nos cancelaron el servicio a último momento usando el pretexto de que la zona estaba en "mantenimiento". Por si fuera poco, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia; el hotel tenía un olor horrible y estaba muy sucio. Una total decepción por lo que pagamos.

No breakfast due to maintenance, hallways weren’t air conditioned and smell, only decaf coffee in room, only back elevator works. Looks like it’ll be a good place once they are done fixing it up, but not sure about staying there now. Bathtub constantly drips.

You don’t pay to stay here for comfort—you pay simply because you need a roof over your head. If you’re only looking for basic shelter for a night, it may do, but if you expect a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable. How dark it was outside there was so light. It was also very dirty outside in the parking lot. The air conditioning was not working properly in the hallways and in the room. It was not pet friendly. Which on the website it stated that it was PET FRIENDLY.

There was no breakfast when it supposed to come with the room. Doors were scratched as if there was dogs eats at the door to the restroom. Smelled like smoke when we had a non smoking room the sheets smelled too.There was mold on the building and walls.

Not a thing I don’t even know where to begin. First of all I booked this hotel because it said that they accepted pets seeing how I was in town for my family funeral. I had my dog with me and after spending several days, cleaning out property and closing a house all I wanted was for me and my dog to have three days of rest before having to travel off. The day of my check-in I find out that despite the website all documentation and everything saying that they accepted pets plus being charged $25 a day additional for my stay that they accepted pets they don’t imagine that scrambled. I had to find a place to keep them in the kennel and an added expense to me Now let’s go to the fact that it’s during the World Cup. There are no other hotel rooms. I have to arrive. I check in after a long day only to find there’s no air-conditioning in my room. I call down they say they apologize that they’re working on it. It never gets fixed. I go to turn on my television. The television does not work. it doesn’t even power on. I call the front desk. They tell me that the television I mean and I’ll get it as soon as possible and then look at online and I see the televisions have not worked in the hotel since January of this year. Yes, this is July. I finally have your exhaustion crash. I wake up in the morning because the power had flickered only to find I have no idea what time it is there’s no alarm clock in the room there’s no clock anywhere and the TVs don’t work. I find my cell phone to see the time just in time to start and get ready and go have breakfast. I go to the lobby. There’s no breakfast. I called the front desk and I ask and they tell me that the city has come in and told them that they cannot serve breakfast. I asked them what my alternatives are. They tell me there’s restaurants around the hotel go find one I could go through the list of amenities that no longer work remember, I don’t have air-conditioning. I think about going to the pool pools closed.
