Sleep Inn & Suites Houston Westchase - Little Saigon

The elevator being out and being on the 3rd floor was no fun all especially having an elderly person with us

Staff was great, location convenient only issue was that elevator was not operating.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenience to Vietnamese town and Chinatown. Lots of restaurant and activities nearby.

The AC sucked. And the room smelled terrible

The room overall is nice. Just that, the clothset only has one hanger. The restroom faucet was very short and is a little hard to access water and clean with your hand with soup. The TV only has direct TV and cannot access to youTube to connect with your phone. The breakfast don't have any salt/pepper and not even any pocket. The banana got a huge cut entirely also open half the banana was at the basket where it turn to another side looks new.

I booked 5 days total and elevator was out of service for the remaining 4 days. No protein or meats for breakfast. It’s an ok hotel for the price.

It was clean and comfortable The person next door was always banging on the wall you could here people walking upstairs it wasn’t so good to enjoy your sleep apart from that it was fine

The room has a smell probably from the carpet, the front desk took me to see a room downstairs and I asked him if I can see the room upstairs as well he declined that he won’t do it that the rooms are the same. Called me on the room phone the next day that I am suppose to check out told him I booked 2 nights and not one, he asked me to come down and I did only for him to find out it was his mistake that he didn’t check well, he just said ok you can go with no apology.

Had 1 night stay Sunday, room was nice for the price. Breakfast just consisted of cereal, bagels/bread, yogurt, bananas, oranges, and 2 waffle makers, 1 was in shape of TX which was cute. Juice station was oj & apple iirc. There were signs about eggs but seems like the hot breakfast was Saturday/Sunday only or so. The elevator was very loud coming down lol like Disney's Tower of Terror lolol

The breakfast selection wasn’t very great. The elevator seemed like it wanted to quit… it made this loud noise when in operation and the walls are thin so I could here my neighbors and my tv, microwave, and fridge stopped working the second night which was fine bc I was tired and wanted to get some sleep. There was no pool.
