The catered lunch they provided was delicious and perfectly timed around our busy competition schedule. Our kids were especially excited about the thoughtful goodie bags they received, which included cookies, candy, and lip balm — such fun treats! The personal touches like these really made a difference and helped us relax and focus on the competition. We felt truly taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for warm, attentive service. We’ll definitely return! Thank you to the wonderful team! ❤️

The room was clean and spacious. Relatively quiet. Was not a fan of getting downstairs on check out day realizing I left something and going right back up to be denied entry by housekeeping. I had not checked out and this was 1020. Check out is 12. Then for house keeper to try and lie and say I left nothing. dont expect much in terms of breakfast but was decent. Front fesk staff was friendly. Beware of housekeeping.

Great front desk Isador and customer service. Also Carmen was sweet and handled our requests with care. The sofa bed was in a tight space.

There are many hotel option from which to choose when visiting the Houston area. We always stay here at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott! The service is great. The rooms are wonderful. Breakfast & the pool are fantastic as well. Highly recommended!

Great staff, but this particular TownePlace Suites is a tired property. Double queen old pillows, one side chair in the wrong part of the room. A small dining room table with 4 small chairs. No desk or desk chair. Not set up for work at all. Do not get a room that faces the busy road, it's very noisy all through the night.

Sheets were dirty from stains but other than that is was a good hotel to stay in.
