The staff was friendly and the pools were very nice, though the rooftop pool closes at night. It's a five minute walk from the beach and the building is very clean and very professional. Not enough places for food nearby, especially at night. No smoking even on the balcony, so have one you need to go to the rooftop pool or outside of the building.

Everything was perfect , entrance and greeting welcoming , room was immaculate, breakfast and dining very nice , so far , this has been my favourite place and I will be back here Nov /Dec , shopping mall opposite and beach only a few minutes walk Nothing

Staff were amazing. I somehow left my passport in my original room when I picked up my keys for my room change the service had it at the front desk for me. I was so appreciative. Beach access, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel provides beach tote with 2 beach towels and beach mat and patio chairs to take to the beach. If you are sensitive to noise when it’s time to rest, then be sure to select beach view. Don’t go for just the cheap price and select city view as the road noise is extreme for a sensitive sleeper.

Cleaning staff were so friendly and the hotel was spotless thanks to them Smoking areas should have been more comfortable, iron bench with little shade. If you don't allow smoking in the hotel you should have an adequate smoking area, we smoke, still pay the same as anyone else staying at the hotel give us better smoking areas with comfortable seating and shade, maybe a table where you can put a drink on. Card only payment, not for us traveling with cash.

We really liked it. Lovely pool and bar area. Big rooms with a nice balcony. Quiet, great location and just generally ticked all the boxes. would definitely go back they built part of the hotel in the way of the pool so the loungers dont get much sun.

Great location being across the road from the Market Village shopping centre. Booked a week here a few days before we arrived. The first morning after we arrived wd were told the rooftop pool would be our of Operation for about 10 days. We were very unhappy about this as only booked this hotel as it had a rooftop pool. My partner prefers to sunbathe by a pool than on a beach. I complained to the lady on reception who said she would talk to the manager. The hotel could easily have notified us about the pool closure when we booked. It felt like they didn't care and were just after the money. They have a second pool but is cold permanently in shade as essentially indoors and has no privacy.. Not at all what we wanted from a pool. I would have expected advance notice and some sort of compensation such as a free breakfast or a reduced room rate. The hotel is also quite noisy, bring on the road with 2 lanes of traffic outside.

Everything with the hotel was exeptional from the initial greeting to the following morning"s breakfast. Friendly staff in every department. Soundproof wall from some disrespectful guests arriving home noisely at 2.45 a.m and staying loud until 3.30 a.m But that was not the fault of the hotel.. just a personal grioe.
