The staff was great. The room was clean. I liked the quiet neighbourhood and beautiful views from the balcony.

Good all a round, quite ? and not on a busy street no loud noise. Beach and shoppimg center a 1/2 walk from the hotel. The hotel has a elevator which is a good feature for luggage movements. The room doesn't have a microwave or a kitchen. Also the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or meal service .

Good value and friendly staff. It has a lot of potential. I felt the upkeep could be better. For example, why not throw out broken pool chairs.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Very nice view of the mountains- located a bit from city center. Not too bad, the Thailand heat makes it seem farther. Faint smell of cigarette smoke in room / linen etc. cigarette burn marks on side tables. Likely a smoker acceptable facility at one time. No kettle , hairdryer, etc….

The location was quite nice. It might be a little far if you don't have any mode of transportation. But if you have a motorcycle/car, this hotel is very convenient for you. Aside from that, staff were so nice and very helpful! The room that we had stayed at was clean and had a nice view of a mountain that can make anyone so relaxed. The pool was also nice and clean. Nothing.
