The location is good, the beach is a short walk away. There’s a 7-11 close by as is the Villa Market. The bathroom is a very poor design with a 3 inch shower lip right in front of the toilet.

On the bad side, the room was invaded with very little "ants". Not a big deal, that's it.

Hotel is located not far from the sea on the quiet street. Hotel is not serving a breakfast but there is a good breakfast served in naber hotel. We have bought a delux double room with balcony. Hotel sent us a confirmation that we will have a room on second floor with a large balcony and street view. Actually we have got a triple room on forth floor with a shared balcony. And this hotel doesn't have an elevator. We were disappointed.

Very nice and clean budget hotel. The rooms are huge with large balconies. The location is sensational, just a few meters from the beach. The internet and air conditioning are very good. But the best thing is the staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great stay and all your help. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Hua Hin! Highly recommended***** Nothing to complain

It was close to the beach. The help was very nice! It was clean. I would stay there again except I will bring my own pillow. The pillow needs replaced.

Everything! It was at the end of a quiet street about a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to a large mall with a huge food court and stores. The night markets were easily accessible by taking an inexpensive truck taxi and not far from the train station. The room was large with a comfortable bed, excellent wifi, great air conditioning, little fridge, and a balcony. The staff was so welcoming and gave wonderful recommendations for things to do. I kept extending my stay and hated to leave! It will definitely be my first choice when I am able to return to Hua Hin.

great location, close to beach, restaurants, bars & shopping. Friendly, helpful staff, Pat the Manager went over & beyond to make our holiday perfect. A few day beds at the pool would be nice.
