I have stayed here before, and I will stay again. However, even though I paid for my reservation with a credit card in advanced, at check in the clerk stated that I had not paid, and I must present me credit card and pay for the entire stay of 2 nights. I knew that it would be resolved, so I went ahead to gave him my card, even though I had the printout showing how much I had already paid and how I made the payment. It did take a few calls to customer service, and this issue has been completely resolved with a refund to my credit card.

A very basic no frills basic hotel with clean beds, a small clean modern bathroom, and not much else. But it is immaculately clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location one small block from the lively city center makes it a truly excellent value for the very reasonable price. (Note: you'll need a taxi to any beach, 35-70 pesos. Huatulco is a very spread-out city.) N/A

you get the basics, clean room, comfy bed, clean shower and AC. location is a block away from the main plaza, near enough for walk, but far away from the traffic noise, good staff, helpful suggestions on where to eat, it was a good stay at a very good price can’t pinpoint anything since I researched ahead of time and understood what it would be like

Luis was very welcoming and helpful. Worked very hard to enhance my stay. greatly appreciated. Nice quiet hotel a block from Crucecita main square, without bar noise. Bed, A/C, Hot water and pressure were good. ~ 3/4 mile to a beach. Easy walk. Could use room darkening curtains and a night table light.

I thought we have a room with a small balcony - but was not even with window - I think it should be written that the room has no window - there where little window shields into the hotel and it was too bright for my child to sleep - I had to come up with some curtains

I like everything, the location , was very comfortable, was very clean , the staff . Everything was great . There's nothing i didn't like everything was so beautiful, wonderful . It's a great place to stay i Huatulco .
