No complaints overall. A few lamps by the bed would be helpful.

The desk clerk hauled my luggage up two flights of stairs and back down after I complained. Nice young lady. Over priced, not enough outlets for charging, no reading lights at the bed, the tv was too small to read, the restaurant staff was grumpy.

Price was very good. No hot water. WiFi very slow. No one spoke English. Tour was only waterfalls and did not include a coffeevplantation

It was a close walk to Parque Central. The concrete sitting area in the room lacked a back cushion and thus was uncomfortable.

We stayed there 3 times. When my sister .came in February and when the 3 of us got back from Puerto Escondido. They have a good breakfast that is good value. Pool is nice and both my sister and my husband and I had big beds. When we were there the third time it was Easter and they had a smorgasbord breakfast. We tried it once and it was very good but I am not a big or early breakfast eater so it was too much for me.

Nothing! Scorpions and who knows what else! Bugs,run down hotel, no water during the daytime, a long list of complaints, had you not forced me to pay upfront I would have moved immediately! Considering legal action against Booking.com!

The room was a nightmare, nothing like any of the rooms pictured by the hotel. It did have 2 beds which, one up a metal spiral staircase that at 75 years old didn't get any use. Bed had a pronounced dip in the right side. We did get refund for 6 nights

Room was spacious. Beds comfortable. Water was hot.

Nothing fancy, but everything I needed for a few days. Very helpful and friendly. Short walk to zocalo.

Friendly staff. They let us leave our bags and shower after a day at the beach after checking out.

1. Booking.com process took me 2 minutes. I've been your sister company, Priceline, client for over 23 years. There were some occasional issues. My first try with you was amazing. The hotel check in with Alex took 1 minute. Thats how it's supposed to be and I was pleased. Room 24. Tiburon. Perfect. Check out. Perfect. Nada. Nothing. There were no points off. I have 3 million Google hits on my previous Tony Kendig 1 profile. I look for the great in companies services and experiences. I seldom find it, but with this night of diversion and reset, I found nothing but relaxation and enjoyment.

Not much to dislike about this place.

The place was nice and safe The wifi did not work. There was a lour compressor on the room balcony We were charged cash for the room upon departure, but we were under the impression we were charged online with my credit card.

Very close to many activities, bars, restaurants all nearby. The rooms are late and could accommodate 2 couples easily Price felt high, but our booking was last minute. In all the staff was helpful, rooms could use a makeover

In a fairly good part of town Staff were unfriendly, pool was filthy,
