Lovely room for decent price (Junior suite), amazing breakfast (one of the best breakfasts we've ever eaten in a hotel), location near the park and the city center was great. We didn't use room service but the prices seemed reasonable. Parking is expensive - luckily we were able to find free city parking nearby. Having a Smart TV was nice, but the TV had issues with default settings that I couldn't fix as the default settings were hidden. So having TV but not being able to properly use it was frustrating. Room was not ready on check in time and reception seemed slow.

The location of the Hotel was great. Sadly the pool was not available yet. The room was very confortable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to my arrival was great, I checked if I could add a person to my reservation and parking. They replied very fast and everything was very efficient from their side. Overall it was great and I look forward to staying there again :) The bathroom was clean, but found some hairs and a spider. Nothing BAD, just details.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Way too expensive, nothing justifies this price. And parking and pet incur an additional 15€ per day each, it's ridiculous.

Modern, stylish and very comfortable in a quiet location with underground parking (€15 per day for cars, €7.50 for motorbikes). My Junior Suite was fantastic. The all-day café/bar is a great place to unwind. Splendid breakfast selection and the ‘menú del dia’ for evening dinner is very good value for a 4-star hotel (€22). Staff are without exception efficient and guest-friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Nothing at all
