Where do I start ? Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Asian and Western. They offered sushi, donuts, cheese, latte coffee,, bacons, dim sum, Chinese hot dishes or fried food, and so much more. Room view was amazing. We could see all the lakes and mountains far away. Room service was unmatched. The cleaning staff put an extra metal rack in our room to dry our swimming suits. The temperature controlled indoor pool is 25 meters long (half Olympic size) with life guards on duty at all times. There were lockboxes by the pool side for cellphones. All staff were extremely helpful, courteous, anf resourceful. Dicky, one of the managers, was amazing. He was so helpful when we asked for sewing kits...two times !

Andy in the restaurant was excellent. He was helpful and helped changed our food for vegetarian options. Need to have some more English speaking staff. Need to keep meat and fish food away from vegetarian food Egg station at breakfast Need to use new pan everytime to make an item.
