They did have hot water and air conditioning very nearby the airport which is a plus. Microwave etc, only downside too far from downtown Houston on top of that if your a clean freak it’ll definitely gross you out a bit room ha

Full room smelled like cigarette. The pull out bed had a moldy mattress with no bed sheets. We spent only 5 hrs there and all our clothes kept the smell. Not going there ever again

Good location & good price

The towels were stained up and dirty. There were no amenities. Everything in the lobby was out of order.

Parking is easy. Clean , neat room.

Booked reservation through Expedia but there were no rooms available when I got there. At least a dozen people were in the lobby who also had reservations that could not be honored because they had no vacancy

Parking was adequate. Hotel needs a remodel. Furniture was marred up. Place smelled like curry and my room smelled like mothballs. Room was clean but beds a bit worn.

Room was nasty and dirty and it had a smell sheet had stain pillows was yellow towels very dingy dirty and stain on walls tub dirty and stain

Room had no heat. The temperature when I checked in was 59 degrees and was supposed to get in the lower 40’s. But they had heat where you checked in at. I don’t understand how that is.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as expected.

They did not have any heater just gave me an extra blanket not credit nor reimburse or discount. They are not equipped nor have a tech to service anything plus no water

We could not stay, the heat did not work in any rooms I booked

The "non smoking" room smelled of smoke, we asked for a replacement. The helpful desk clerk offered another room but it was just as bad. She sprayed our room, it helped but could still smell smoke in the shhets. There were no lamps on the end tables and towels were thin and scratchy.worthless worthless anvery thin and scratchy.

Easy and quick check in process, Friendly and helpful staff, room and property were clean and well maintained…

only stayed for a few hours, because of my flight! But great hotel and prices!
