Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites

Newly renovated. But shower doors weren’t level and wouldn’t close

I booked and paid for a room with the hot tub in it when I got there they said Expedia messed up and had a different picture on the room and they wouldn’t do anything about it told me I could stay and there’s nothing they can do about it

no hot water in the sink, faulty shower/faucent control

The hotel is beautiful and the daytime staff professional and helpful. My only complaint was that the room wasn’t restocked on supplies each day. They did a great job on supplying clean towels and emptying trash, but didn’t restock coffee supplies and toilet tissue without asking and we were there multiple nights. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Good location. Beautiful lobby. Quiet. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bedding was clean. Generous about of towels. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay. Headboard had a smear of something thick and clear on it and I didn’t see it until we were cleaning up to check out. Our TV didn’t work and the lady (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to fix it until the following day. Not a big deal because we were with family most of the time, however we did miss our Spurs in the playoffs. ?

The staff was very helpful. They provided us with silverware to eat our meal. They had a pretty good setup to think about what things you might need to buy. It was quiet. The AC worked well. It was overall a nice stay. The breakfast was just mediocre. I would stay there again!

The breakfast was nice If anyone stay at this hotel and waste a drink please don't use there towel to wipe it up they charged me $21.20 for a small towel they say I damaged so whatever you do just don't use there towel to wipe up nothing just leave it there and let them clean it up and when I spoke to the lady she told me the drink couldn't come out the towel

Our stay here was wonderful! Nice clean rooms and the service was great! The only thing that I would suggest would be to pull up that carpet ad use laminate flooring of some type because the carpet holds odors. If they are not shampooing them frequently the odor does linger. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected and staff did not reach back out otherwise the hotel stay was great

The breakfast setup was nice and clean. The location is Duckoff and the traffic in and out was light. The room was clean and well maintained. The room wasn't ready when I got there. They were still cleaning the room. There were some additional fees that I wasn't aware of. The front desk explained the reason why. She was really nice about it, so I wasn't too bothered by it.

I liked the location, the restaurants were nearby and easily accessible to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for letting us stay in our room because we were checking back in and I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and we we Would be staying in a room on the same floor. The only suggestion I would make is to have lactose free milk. These days with so many people lactose intolerant it would be nice for a hotel to give you other milk choices.

breakfast buffet had waffle maker but when I asked if they had sugar free syrup. She said no. It is available at many hotels or restaurants. The grass around the hotel was high but I realize there has been a lot of rain. For my dog , we had to find an area of grass that had been recently cut for her to walk around in front of the hotel.

Easy check in with friendly and helpful staff. Great room lots of outlets for 3 people. Clean and comfortable. Great stay.
