The property is very close in proximity to Oakwood University, which was a convenience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional.

The breakfast was nice. The location is what originally sold me as close to restaurants, the space center and botanical garden.

The hotel is super nice, very clean, perfect location for us going to Children's Hospital. Front desk clerks were very professional and personable. Rooms are equipped with everything you need: small kitchen w/sink, an island, living room, bedroom, large swivel TV, and a spacious bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again.

Just a basic hotel and rooms that could use a bit of updating, but fit our needs.

Left along for the week I was there Requested my invoice from the property twice and did not receieve it.

Comfortable room and breakfast was ok. Just a bit older needing some upkeep and maintenance.

Jamila, the (first) manager, was the sole bright spot at this place. She was courteous, helpful, and did her best—but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was an absolute disaster. Do NOT let the “8.4” rating or the “Excellent” designation fool you. This place is a complete and total disaster that somehow missed the renovation train years ago. The property feels more like a transient day-labor hostel for construction workers than a legitimate hotel. People were smoking wherever they pleased, with cigarette butts scattered throughout the property. The place smelled, doors and signs were broken, and the overall condition was simply disgusting. Then came the final straw: my toilet overflowed. When I reported it, I was told, “We have a plunger, if you wanna come and get it.” So I had to go get the plunger myself while the toilet continued overflowing. I was then told they would “clean it up in the morning.” Seriously? And, unbelievably, when I returned the plunger, it apparently couldn’t even be accepted back without an “ick” look on her face. You honestly cannot make this stuff up. Of course we demanded a room change and had to push really hard. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT stay at this “place.” Save yourself the aggravation, the smell, the filth, and the disappointment. Anything will be better. ANYTHING.
