The facility was clean and Tessa was extremely friendly and helpful.

Big clean room, staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good.

We had a great day. Room was extremely clean and the AC was very cool, which means everything during these hot months. I highly recommend a stay here.

First and foremost, I really liked the exclusive service you provide, and the breakfast was wonderful—it had absolutely everything. My name was personalized on the TV by the hotel—I really liked that.

But what really made the stay was Kim in the kitchen—sooo happy and pleasant and keeps the food looking great. Thank you Kim! Robert at the front desk was top notch as well. Super kind, helpful, and made me feel like I was the only one he shared his tips about cookies and coffee with. There’s nothing like southern charm!!

The only issue we had during this trip was that housekeeping didn’t come by to refresh the room. We travel with a baby, so we tend to go through more towels and have more trash than most guests. Other than that, we had another great stay and will definitely continue staying here when we visit Huntsville.

The front desk guy was nice enough, but a little creepy.

Breakfast was mediocre.

Clean room, hot breakfast and pet friendly!

The staff helped me get my reservation corrected. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but when I arrived, the desk staff said Hotels.com had booked a handicapped room with a single bed. I was very tired and a little grumpy, but the desk staff took care of me and got me the room I needed.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn because we were in town for a family funeral, and it was close to the church. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and included omelette, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, waffle-making, and a few baked items. Our only complaint was the strongly perfumed hallway, which we wondered if that might be to ward off any possible unpleasant smell from being dog-friendly. We would stay there again.

Breakfast the first morning was ok. The second morning, things hadn’t been restocked and the offerings weren’t appealing. The room was clean but the beds were just uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the fact that the females working on both days were loudly talking on speaker phone in the back office and in the breakfast area. Sometimes I overheard complaints they had about people staying in the hotel and other times the conversations seemed centered around her cleaning up the breakfast area (which was an appreciated act!) because they seemed short-staffed. I just think that business matters should never be handled in public on speakerphone and in the office, if you can hear them all the way to the front, the door needs to be closed. Otherwise stay was ok. The man working the front desk was very kind, as well as another man who checked us in when the first man was occupied on the phone with a guest.
