I had a terrible experience checking in. After a 4 hours drive with kids we reached there to find out that the staff couldn’t find my reservation.she put all responsibility on me to call Expedia and find out why.then I found out by looking at her computer that she mistakenly gave my room to someone else. She didn’t even looked at that person I’d.now she gave their room to me. I found that the room had only 1 bed where as I paid specifically for 2 queens.going thru this mess after 8 hours work and 4 hours drive was bad

Arrived and was checked in within 10 minutes. Room was very clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was as expected but very good and was kept stocked throughout the morning. We came down at 9:15 (45 minutes before closing) and it was as if we had come down right after they opened at 6am. Hot and tasted good. The pool was very clean and provided a good evening of swimming for my kids. Located on a pond, the view out of the window gave a nice sunset over the water which was a unexpected surprise. All in all this was a great hotel, with great staff, and one that if in the area again, I will most definitely stay at again. One that Hilton should be proud to have as one of its own.

Hampton Inn is a beautiful hotel with a very nice and comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast. I will always look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn when I am in Huntsville!

Excellent front desk and housekeeping staff. Super clean room and bathroom. Convenient to a bunch of tourist spots and chain restaurants by both car and walking path.

Look, I don’t expect perfection, but this Hampton has gone down hill. Staff was great at check-in, but there was mildew in four spots on the ceiling, soap scum in the shower, and a whole loaf of moldy bread at breakfast. The toilet squealed when refilling and the AC fan rattled loud between cycles, waking us up. If it had been one or two of these things, I might get it, but this is lack of excellence and just laziness across the board. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Time to look elsewhere.

I liked everything about the property it was very clean and the view was beautiful. We had a wonderful time but the young Man that’s on the property maintaining things was such a joy and pleasure to be around. He was courteous and was very welcoming my grandson and myself. All I can say is good things about the Hampton Inn on Cabela RD.
