The room was clean, the property was well kept, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was accessible to everything

The property was nicer than I expected for the cost. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Pros: -Great space, could spread out. -Had a nice kitchen area if you need that. -Rooms were mostly clean. (Floors had some dirt, couch had crumbs in/on it) Cons: - No attendant on site after 9pm. This was problematic as we got there at 9:45. We got keys from a lock box. But then we needed extra linens and no one there to get us linens. And issues with room and no way to convey that other than thru texting. - no linens/pillows/ blankets for the pull out couches. -one room had holes in the wall from the door being slammed open. Bathroom door hinge was broken and door wouldnt shut properly. Front door didn't shut properly either. -parking lot had a TON of cockroaches, tho I only saw a couple inside the building in the commons area. -rock garden outside of the main door had dog poop everywhere and people were letting their dogs pee on the entryway. The setup was nice and the rooms were clean enough to stay in, but just okay. Clearly there's not a lot of oversight of the property which would fix 99% of the listed issues above.

The room was dirty and the on site "Manager" was unprofessional. She finally gave me a new room and it was dirtier than the first. When I tried to call, T. stopped answering the phone. I went shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaned my room for my family. The next morning, T. was rude and had an attitude when asked about her lack of attentiveness. Terrible hotel experience

There was no housekeeping offered for a one week stay. They did not provide dishes. There were bugs in the room. The front desk refused to accommodate, relocate us, or offer a credit. Will not return.

Shower wasn’t clean. Everything else was good.

We were not able to stay at this property. We booked this months in advance and we got there a bit early and no one was there at check in. We tried online check in and said room was not ready. We called and they were all upstairs cleaning. So we left, went to eat, and came back at 4 - one hour after check in time. They were still not at the desk. We called- they came down and the lady was very rude. The man that helped us was super cordial, but they asked if we would take a room with a king bed but we were 3 people so we couldn't. They told us they did not have a room available. They did not tell us this when we called two hours before. We had an event at 5 so we had to scramble to find another hotel before our event. I'm very unhappy and have never had anything like this happen before. Thankfully there was a hotel nearby that had availability. Super disappointed in this property.

I tried calling the after-hours line for assistance, but no one answered or helped me. Because I could not get into the room and had no support from the hotel, I had to find somewhere else to stay that night. Thankfully, I was able to stay with a friend. The next morning around 7 a.m., I returned to the hotel and explained what happened. They switched me to a different room, but I was still charged the full amount for the first night, even though I was unable to stay in the room. That felt unfair because the issue was not my fault, and the room was neither safe nor accessible. The new room needed a little more cleaning, but overall it was okay. However, the lack of after-hours support, the unsafe room situation, and not being refunded for the first night made the experience very disappointing.

Room was beautiful

Shopping and restaurants are very close. Very quiet and peaceful facility.

The layout of the room was convenient for two people who wanted separate sleeping space. There weren’t sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Had to request. The coffee machine was missing a part. The mattresses (bed and sleeper sofa) were uncomfortable. The floor felt sticky.
