Everything was great except that there was no wifi for the 6 days I stayed there. That was my only disappointment

Every time we stay at this location has been awesome! Staff is always great! No complaints.

My stay was only overnight but I loved the fact that it felt like walking into an apartment rather than an hotel room.

We checked out early. The room had an overall vibe of just not being clean throughly over time and could tell they didn’t care. The kitchen sink and stove still had grime, the living room ceiling had gum or candy on it. The bathroom walls and floors were dingy, the shower curtain was too small, had black stains on it and didn’t cover the length of the shower. There was also a squeeze bottle in the bathroom to use for soap maybe. This place was the worst and I would not stay or recommend this place. It gave the feeling of staying at a well-lived in apartment versus hotel. I’ve never been to a place that made me feel this uncomfortable.

Non working lights. No internet for days so no way to work or even watch anything from my laptop. No way to work here. There was only lights in front and bathroom. No shower curtain. The coffee maker glass vessel plastic top was broken. Not very helpful staff as they blamed others for all the problems. I cannot recommend this place if you plan to work. The work chair was really low quality with plastic bits coming off. The phone did not work either and if you need emergency then it isn’t easy to call 911. I would have thought that as a health code violation. I won’t be back, esp with no internet.

2) We didn't get the room that was requested and they blamed Expedia for not communicating that information to them. 3) Sweeping LVT is not the same as cleaning it. Our bare feet were black within minutes of being in the room. 4) The ADA bathroom should still provide a bathmat of some kind if for no other reason than to prevent slip and falls of non-handicaped guests. 5) the pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable and short (we requested 2 beds through Expedia but that is NOT what was provided). 6) The internet was down our entire stay which made ability to work non-existent. 7) On day 2 of our stay we received a cancellation notice from stayApt. 8) The message the property function through Expedia has NEVER worked and is a complete waste of time. 9) Perhaps I missed it when booking, but we were unaware that rooms are only cleaned and replenished every 7 days. 10) There were 2 staff that were helpful: a male and a female. 12) As a dog lover I definitely appreciate when places allow dogs to stay with you however, our neighbor (shared wall) had a barking dog that simply would not stop barking unless the people were in the room. 13) Other guests would use the common area at all hours and on one night, were found standing surrounding our door while loudly conversing.

Felt safe. Cons. The internet went out on dY 2 of our 7daystay. O one was able to fix it. After two days said a tech was finally on site, but no qorkteuck and we never saw the h on property or in the area and we were in and out most of the days. Our front TV went outmtiple times. Had front desk command check it out. He was super helpful. Our 2 d issue was the gym area. It smelled horrible and we both decided we could not be in the room for any length of time due to the odor. They had a fan blowing in there but didn't help. If those 2 issues were fixed or had not happened, we would have scored much higher. If local management was getting run around from internet company, a member of corporate should have been contacted and immediately stepped in to resolve this as its a business and was taking out your bottom dollar and ruining customer experiences.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was nice and very informative with information when checking in.

One morning there was a man sitting in the courtyard clipping his toenails. Definitely not staying here again. Didn’t feel safe.

Room was very dusty..had trouble with the lightening. Shower curtain was half as wide as the opening so that when you showered, you flooded the bathroom floor. Hallway to room had lots of trash... somebody's hair weave, q-tips to name a couple of items. While travelling, the hotel called and stated that the office closed at 5 on the weekends so i needed to get ther3 by 5. They did have a lock box they could leave you a key.Tried to check out .. no one in the office and I called 3 times with no answer. I left the keys on the desk. This is an extended stay and not a hotel. Will never stay here again. I could have stayed somewhere way nicer for the same price.

Rooms were clean and very cozy!! The courtyard was super nice, and the laundry room and fitness center were extremely accessible!! Will definitely be staying here again!!!!

The front desk employee was great. One room was filthy with urine on the seat and massive amount of hair (possibly dog hair) in one of the beds. I don’t think this room was cleaned at all.

My first experience. The room was not sweeped. Food remains were found on the side and under the stove area ( pictures ). This was reported to the staff ( picture shown to staff ). Floors, especially under the beds were not swept. Key card had issues ( reported ).

Room looked under repair or just not finished out. Not super clean, missing pillow cases on pillows. A/c was not on the room. Took several hours to get to set temperature. Outlets in the room were not operational. Trash was left in trash cans from previous tenant. Overall the layout was nice but the rooms needed work done.

The room was clean and spacious. It has a living room with a full kitchen. Not cramped.

I thought this would be the ideal place for our family for the weekend because of the space and kitchen. The linens we were provided for the pull out bed were visibly soiled. We were unable to get new ones because the front desk closes at a certain hour. When we tried to use the microwave, it kept tripping the breaker. We called maintenance who was unable to fix it or offer a solution. His only response was “it just happens like that sometimes”. This was very inconvenient as we were traveling with small kids. We also encountered several bugs in the unit. I would not recommend to others nor would I stay here again.

The property was nicer than I expected for the cost. We will definitely book again when in the area.
