Staff very friendly

The Hurghada Marriott was an easy, comfortable place to stay. It was clean, convenient, and exactly what you expect from a Marriott, which is sometimes exactly what you need when traveling. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was especially convenient if you are heading out for diving. Nothing overly surprising, but nothing disappointing either — it was reliable, easy, and comfortable There was nothing I strongly disliked. It was a solid, predictable Marriott stay — clean, convenient, and comfortable, but not especially memorable or unique.

so I asked the guest relation for help and really (Rania Badawy) from the guest relation department was more than amazing person. She did her best to make this day special for us. She arranged everything as I asked. Thank you Rania for all The hotel was clean ,food was nice, house keeping stuff was helpful, overall the stay was nice Our room was not ready when we reached the hotel at 15:30 They showed us more than 5 rooms non of them met our reservation requirements (large bed sea view room with balcony) then they asked us to pay supplement to upgrade to suite when we refused they told that there is a room met our reservation requirements but it wasn't ready so we should wait for it for 30 minutes There was noisy maintenance work every day in the morning

Very good breakfast... Location also. Very nice room, the views super. I loved this hotel.. Very friendly and clean. Every day at the beach they have activities and every night a v. Nice program at the island. We enjoyed so much. Even the massage girls were v. Good. Everything.

Noisy old ac fan, we had to switch it off to be able to sleep knowing it's hot weather

Breakfast was fine. Some days the food was fresh some days it was not. The Tuscany restaurant was excellent. The staff was amazing, and chef Mabrouk was exceptional and very accommodating. We ordered room service and the food was terrible. The rice had an odd taste, the kabobs were overdone and the chicken was a day old. Overall the quality was poor and we threw it out. We let the staff know but no action was taken. I requested a taxi to the airport and the taxi attendant gave me several prices and I felt I was being scammed. When we settled on a price, which was 500 LE more than the original price for a 10 minute drive I asked for a receipt. He listed the price 1,000 LE less than I paid. When I pointed this out he corrected my receipt but not on his main hotel documents, which made me believe that he pocketed the difference.

It is a good location for getting onto a diving boat. Breakfast is a large buffet, not amazing quality, but certainly a lot of choice. This is the worst marriot I've ever stayed in. I assume they keep the franchise because no one from marriot head office ever visits. The non-reception desk staff are often disinterested and rude. Example: I asked about booking a 4km taxi ride. I was offered EURO15 both ways. That seemed expensive so I asked about doing one way for EURO7.50. The guy running the transport desk said EURO10 one way. I thanked him and said no, I'd take a street taxi. He got incredibly angry and started shouted about me wasting his time. Turns out an uber was only EURO2....never use the marriot's transport. The beach bars close at 5pm so forget getting a sundowner and enjoying the sunset. There is not much nearby but at least there are a couple of restuarants which are much better quality and lower priced than the hotel. Try Sardinia about 90 seconds walk.

Very friendly, polite, helpful, and very professional staff. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful dinner buffet, the variety, quality, service, everyhting was exceptional. I also really recommend their outdoor snacks buffet! Their limousine service was fairly priced and exceptional quality! Everyhting about our stay was exceptional. Top notch. I would expect the pool to be a bit warmed up in the winter months. Additionally, The hotel is fairly priced, but still expensive, so I think they should not charge extra for late check out (since the room is available) The boat trips and diving trips they offer are much pricier than the ones available on booking.com, but you pay for a peace of mind and a VIP experience. For me and my mom, booking.com was a better option but nothing bad to say about the hotel's.
