We needed a mobility accessible room on short notice and this was the only hotel that had a room that fit our criteria and preferences for accessibility and overall property quality in the area we needed to be in. The staff was helpful with ensuring the room met our needs and were friendly, helpful and patient during our stay. The property is nearly 10 years old but still looks brand new! The only evidence of age was slightly worn and aged carpet in the room and the lounge chair in the room. There was paint primer on the walls in the hallway, but that indicates to me that repairs are being addressed, so I was okay with that. We had never stayed at this brand before, so we will consider this property high on the list when we need to stay in this area again.

Was on the 4th floor with 2 children and received a phone call about a noise complaint coming from our room. Would rather been on the 1st floor.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom had crickets in the morning. Not every day and not a lot of but two of the three mornings that I went into the bathroom there was a cricket by the tub. Additionally, there was a foul odor from the garbage disposal when you first come into the room, as the sink is near the entrance. Other than that, everything was perfect and the good certainly outweighed the bad.

The check in staff was really nice ! And I nice Check in . Very clean hotel other than some odors in the elevator. My issue is that I was not able to sleep at the sleep in because of the LOUD air conditioning. It would come off and on all night and I could not sleep through it. My children were able to sleep through it and I didn’t want to wake them and leave so I just dealt with it. Also 3 of us go t stomach aches from the breakfast. At 9:45 the cleaning staff was waiting and talking outside of our door for us to leave. I just they figured out we were leaving early and it was just a weird feeling, like we were being rushed . Although they seemed nice . Great location just needs some changes .
