Huskisson Beach Motel

So many good things about this place, surprised it doesn't rate higher - many petty complaints in the reviews (maybe previous manager?) Amazing value and location. Clean room and very quiet spot at least when we stayed there. The best shower I've had also, super high pressure water and hot af. Great staff at the restaurant too! Will definitely stay here again. The queen bed was the only let down - most places have a king as standard nowadays. Good curtains but they don't completely block out outside light, easy fixed with an eye mask.

Her illness caused some stains on the bed and carpet, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and compassionate throughout the whole situation. Not once did they complain or show any frustration when we notified them. Instead, they promptly offered fresh bed linens, and when we explained that we needed to leave immediately, they simply told us not to worry about anything and to leave the keys in the checkout box. Their concern felt genuine, and they wished us a safe journey home. My wife and I were truly touched by their warmth and kindness, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others. On top of that, the location is superb. Anyone planning to explore Jervis Bay could easily use this as a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

The rooms are on the smaller side. Unfortunately, it rained throughout the weekend, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the stay. Amenities could be slightly improved—for example, providing more soap would be helpful.

Location was excellent, room was clean, staff were friendly. Nothing I didn’t like, but it is a motel and was expensive. It’s a very beautiful and touristy area, so the rules of demand and supply apply.

Was what we wanted - location

The seat in the shower (disabled room) The wifi reception was so poor it constantly disconnected, so I put my phone on the window and hotspoted my phone's 4g connection...(Which was also extremely poor but better than your wifi) The air-conditioning was set on 18, full fan, full cold, and I was covered in sweat all night with no blankets or sheets, butt naked. Get your air conditioning serviced! And get more wifi routers... Its a brick building, do your homework.

No ventilation in the bathroom and bathroom should be a bit bigger for the price

Great location, room was simple though clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Great views from the balcony, we will be back!
