Was a nice hotel but the area was a little shaky.

I don’t recommend this place.

The hotel itself was hot, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor throughout the property. Our room was dirty upon arrival, and several basic amenities were missing. The soap dispensers were completely empty, and the room only came stocked with one towel and one washcloth. What made the experience even worse was that I specifically requested, on two separate occasions, to have the room cleaned and fresh towels provided. Both requests were refused. Eventually, the hotel ran out of clean towels altogether, forcing me to go purchase my own towels just to get by during my stay. For a hotel that advertises basic accommodations, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and terrible customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

1) The bathroom sink was completely clogged and held a full basin of water overnight. 2) The bed only had a mattress protector under the flat sheet. 3) There was a nasty used band-aid stuck under the top blanket. 4) You have to plug the A/C unit in upon arrival. 5) The A/C couldn’t bring the room below 74 degrees overnight (outside temps were only in the 70’s). 6) When I brought these items up during check out and provided pictures the attendant was very polite, apologized, and made note of the issues but didn’t offer any kind of concession. 7) I didn’t bring this up at the front desk but, the 3rd floor had an overwhelming cover fragrance that was very off putting. I will book a different hotel my next visit.

I liked the cleanest & the spacious room. I didn't like that some rooms was connected to each other.

Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe.

The property needs a lot of work and lobby was not taken care of.

Room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was perfect. I only knocked off a star on my review because the room was very humid on my arrival and the water pressure wasnt the best. Otherwise a great place to get some sleep.
