Riva Marina Hvar Hotel

The view was amazing but the staff was even better. We were greeted right at the port where they brought over our bags and had a cold drink ready for us. They were so kind and informative. We truly felt so welcomed! Will 100% be coming back. N/A

Beautify building set right on the marina, tastefully decorated rooms with excellent finishes, and nice beds and bedding. Breakfast is a combo buffet and à la carte, with a nice selection of items. The staff is above and beyond helpful. I have zero complaints. If there is something to comment on, it is that there is no pool or sundeck, but this is solved by access to their beautiful sister property, Adriana Hvar, across the marina, where Riva guests have access to an indoor pool, an adequate gym, and a sun area.

Got an upgrade to balcony room and was the best hotel breakfast we had during the trip. Staff was very helpful with the room, getting reservation at a winery, and dealing with luggage. Would definitely return.

If you want to be in the heart of the action, this place is hard to beat. Overall, Riva Marina is a perfect mix of great location, stylish atmosphere, and solid food and service. We would absolutely come back again.

Everything was more than perfect! Such a lovely boutique hotel located in front of the harbor. We arrive by ferry from Dubrovnik and the hotel is just in front of the where the ferry stops. The welcome so warm offering prosecco, lovely lobby and rooms small but very comfortable looking the sea, we received a complementary upgrade so our room was a suite:-) . Breakfast is à la carte, delicious!! Ask mimosa( included) if you feel like starting the day with energy! The outside terrace is fantastic for sunset or just some drinks anytime!!! Staff Dorde B and Luka so professional and provides great attention to detail for guest to feel right at home.love it!! Nothing, all was more than perfect!

We were originally booked at the smaller sister hotel. We were informed that they were closing for the season and they moved us to this hotel and upgraded our room. It was a great surprise to have such a beautiful room and a gorgeous view with a balcony. The staff were very helpful and even went above and beyond in helping us navigate to a different ferry when ours was cancelled due to wavy conditions. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay.

A rip-off. 500 euros for a room the size of a walk-in closet. No pool. No amenities. A bathroom with a see through door. No place to put your suitcase. The breakfast was nice. But really, you could spend this kind of coin at Manhattan. I’d recommend you go to Amphora. For 2 hundred euros less, a great room, excellent pool & deck by the ocean; a nice room & buffet. Riva Marina is a sad wannabe boutique hotel.

Bathroom design was horrible. Getting in and out of the shower was a nightmare. Can’t believe this design is except able.

Our double room with a terrace overlooking the sea was the most amazing room I’ve ever had. Our own Croatian flag with views spanning the gorgeous islands to the fortress. You could also give a check out to the street to see what people are wearing and check the vibe while yr getting ready. We also used the gym while we were there to work off the delicious breakfast they served. Not only was the room and hotel amazing (they thought of everything) but the staff was everything. They were also available round the clock and cheerfully assisted us with a minor emergency we encountered outside of the hotel. They also met you at your ferry to help bring your bags while you get oriented to your new surroundings. Same for getting you to your ferry to leave. They also helped us book all our excursions in an informational no-pressure way. Now that’s the wonderful service that they provide to everyone. But they also made it the most special honeymoon and birthday I could have possibly hoped for! They made me feel so special. The entire staff was just phenomenal, but special callout to Irma and Tomo for going out of their way to give us the most special trip imaginable. Thank you so much, Irma and Tomo, we will always remember you as part of our Croatian odyssey! Nothing.
