I just stayed for a night. Loved the size of the room, usually Bloom rooms are too tiny. Loved the interiors as usual. In this case, I also liked that there was a happening pub downstairs where I could entertain or grab a bite. The breakfast was alright. Wifi worked fine. The approach to the breakfast place can be better.

very shabby entrance, small rooms as compared to same rent room of Bengaluru Stay bloom. Mess entrance was very un-hygenic, not at all properly maintained. near to bar so very much uncomfortable for the families to stay in hotel outlook, entrance, kitchen, very less dishes in breakfast menu, ac was not working in previous room

The hotel was really good overall... Comfortable and spacious rooms... All facilities that you would need for a short stay. Good location - especially if you're there for US Visa work - since it's located equidistant from both the VAC and OFC locations. The pub down below was a bit noisy on weekends for those who prefer to sleep early. The beds was a little too soft for me. I prefer firmer mattresses.

The online app support was nice and response was quick. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. We saw lamps and table covered in a bit of dust. Apart from this, everything was relatively well maintained.

1. Breakfast is good 2. Room, Bed, Cot are very comfortable 3. Location is good 1. Water at 2nd floor common area is smelling bad and taste also very bad. It seems water is very old stock. And that 20 litre water bottle is covered with some cover, so customers are not able to detect it until they taste it. Please provide fresh mineral water to customers. 2. There is no WELCOME DRINK 3. It would be great if a pair of Toothbrush, small tooth paste is also provided inside bathroom. 4. But Poori with Aalu curry is missing. South Indians and North Indians like Poori with Aalu curry allot but is NOT SERVED at hotel. So, please include as a main breakfast item. 5. Also, increase staff in breakfast area (1st floor), there were only 2 guys who r serving and we felt like custom orders are getting delayed

Hotel room was clean, spacious. (1) Old setup kind of smell in the corridor (outside the room), not sure from the old carpet or not. (2) Food and drinks were unreasonably costly being a 3-star category hotel.
