Totally waste. The fraud, simply I would like to say about this hotel. Whoever want to stay, don't prefer to this hotel. Because I had booked through online for 2 nights. I reached the hotel and I confirmed my stay and paid the full amount. After I checked-in, I received a call from the reception, the receptionist says that he didn't check the stays, so the paid amount is for one night though you have to stay for one night. The brief reason is they won't accept the online booking. But they had accepted the amount once we paid and tells us their story. Bloody mother fuckers they are....

After paying full amount as per booking.com,hotel staff refused to give room and charged additional RS 1500. Was not ready to give room without this payment. It was late night and was left with no choice but to pay. Unprofessional. Blackmailing Everything
