Bed sheets were stained, when we came in. We asked them to change them. They do not speak English at all, which is fine but then make it very difficult for any request to be made. Always ask to speak to manager which speak English. They will all him for you to talk to. They do not accept international cards, but insist you pay immediately. Seems they only care for you to pay ASAP. Which again is fine, however they should also try and help you out when things do not go as planned.

The food and chai from the Pista House. There were cockroaches in the room, and the staff struggled to communicate in proper English. It was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. No one could explain how breakfast worked. Also, be careful not to share your booking reference number with them during checkout; a friend of mine did, and they ended up writing a positive review.

Location of the hotel is in the center of all the required amenities. Breakfast the room boy brings from a restaurant. This breakfast is just 1 plate of a small item and does not include coffee or tea. The staff is not trained at all and does not have any service orientation. They are just sleeping on the lounge near the front desk or watching some videos. There is something broken in any one of the rooms either the aircon or the hot water geezer or the taps.....etc. We will never book this hotel again A lot needs to be done. Frist the staff needs to be trained to be as the hotel management staff who are present at the front desk and cater for the guests. And all the amenities should be checked to make sure they are working and the room cleaned before allocating the room to the guests.

I do not like anything, no privacy around the place and the people who work there has loud sound during night and we can't sleep Everything, no privacy and loud noises in the walk area

the location was convenient for my trip There were challenges getting into the hotel and in checking in. the breakfast was not on time and definitely not worth the money One of the staff was rude and literally unhappy about his job bed sheets, towels, and toilet were unclean soap given was of very bad quality. they somehow managed to fake my review in booking.com which I am editing now. This is a serious lapse in booking.com's functioning. Fabhotel also could not confirm my payment until i called them about it. tedious and painful. dont book this place and revoews are fake.
