The location of the property was well, the staff were pleasant and helpful when requested The washroom was not working adequately as the toilet was not flushing at all, the hot water geezer was not providing hot water. It took us two nights for it to be fixed. We ended up taking shower in a cold water. The washroom was simply difficult to actually move in it! There towels provided had yellow stains on the material and their were rips on it, and the duvet was stained too. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURE SHOWN ON BOOKING.COM, it doesn’t match the way the hotel room actually looks. There was three of us actually in a room, where when we initially checked in, there was only enough place to sleep for one person, we informed the staff that we booked a room for three people, and shown the receipt of booking as evidence where it clearly states this. The staff informed us that we actually booked for two people and need to pay extra in order to get a three people room! We ended up arguing to get an adequate room. We ended up changing three rooms to get an adequate place to rest! There was a second room we were shown as a result of being given the incorrect room, had a ripped wallpaper, water marks all over the floor, and the carpet was coming off too. The third room however was ok, but the room only had a two person bed, they ended up giving us a dirty mattress to sleep on, and informed us that they didn’t have any other beds available. It was an absolute nightmare! There was simply no fridges, ironing board and safe as per a standard hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hyderabad with the family, it is not worth the money and the food that they provide was not a large variety.
