Leaving early because it was so disgusting! OYO Flagship Hotel R Square - A Nightmarish Experience I strongly advise against staying at the OYO Flagship Hotel R Square! My recent experience was nothing short of appalling, with numerous hygiene and safety concerns that make this establishment unfit for guests. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by its unsanitary condition. The floors, bed, pillows, and bathroom were covered in long black strands of hair and dust. Even more disturbing was the discovery of human waste and a used condom under the bed. The walls were marred with lipstick marks and dirt, giving the impression that thorough cleaning was not a priority here. The room lacked windows and natural light, creating a stifling, oven-like atmosphere. This claustrophobic setting was made worse by the questionable activities on the premises. I witnessed what appeared to be prostitution, with individuals from the nearby highway being brought to the hotel at night. When I raised these concerns with the manager, an arrogant fellow called Yogesh (and the actual manager Sayed you never turned up) I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behaviour. The manager's response of "You expect 5 stars for 1500 rupees" was inappropriate and failed to address the basic standards of cleanliness and safety that any accommodation should provide, regardless of price. He also said he didn't need or want my business as there were plenty of customers. I cut my planned three-night stay short after just one night due to these unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately, my attempts to secure a refund through OYO customer care were unsuccessful, adding further frustration to an already negative experience. Based on this stay, I would NEVER recommend OYO hotels. The combination of unsanitary conditions, apparent illegal activities, and poor customer service makes this a risk not worth taking. Travelers should seek alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments and potential health risks.

Staff and services were good. The room was neat and clean. The tariff was affordable. The location of hotel was also good. Very friendly , cooperative and helpful staffs.

It is an amazing hotel with very good staff. The rooms are well Maintained plus the hospitality is really good in the hotel. Food is 24*7 available here, the common sitting area that is shack is also very nice . NA

best hotel for price paid and humble staff ample parking place This was best in for middle budget with family. Good and prompt hospitality by reception . no issue at all

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing They didnt allow us into the rooms as they said booking.com rates and our rates are different. So,we have to pay extra amount to get the rooms .better to not suggest Oyo rooms in booking.com . Big fraud is going on in booking.com regarding Oyo bookings .

I booked room for 450 with coupon , after reaching there they asked to pay 1000 rs
