This is a very bad hotel, I have been staying here for 3 months, there are no facilities here, the staff also used to come and go and tease me, behave rudely, pass comments on my clothes, and behave very rudely.

Out of three days no one came for cleaning the room. TV was not able to use.We asked with the staff, they said some remote issues

Property is perfect, but staff are really very bad behavior. Untrained people can’t even know how to talk with customer. Property owner needs to take action or put some qualified staff.

Location . Pickup by bus for Ramoji Film City was just on the main road. Distance from metro station Gandhi Bhavan and Sultan Baazar are more than 2 kms wrong information is mentioned.. They told us alight at Nampally metro station. Places to eat are close by. We had a 5 day booking but had to cut short our trip without completing our itinerary. We have travelled all over the world but we were not happy with the service at this hotel..All good reviews were given but the real picture is different. Step to bathroom is dangerous especially at night. Fan was making a lot of noise did not sleep well at night.Staff was disrespectful. Solar water in some rooms and it was cold at 7 a.m..Room was not ready even though we had messaged the time of our arrival and called 1 1/2 hour before.. Either TV or AC not working. Lift not working one whole day.
