Location and Asian restaurant downstairs. It's so convenient Strong Oder (air freshener) in the room.

The breakfast spread was excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient in the middle of hi tech centre and access to metro line. The staff was attentive and courteous during our stay. We also had food at the Mekong restaurant which was very good. The room was mostly clean but there was dust in certain places like above the bed stand. With curious kids in the room who like to probe everywhere it becomes tricky. The orientation of the wash basin was very awkward. It’s perpendicular to when you stand in front of it so you can’t maximize the area of usage. That was quite annoying especially since that’s the most used piece in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Avasa Hotel, where the staff and services met my expectations. I will surely recommend this place. Restaurants staff needs little more attentiveness towards customers

Excellent experience

Location was okay. Room was nice. People at the reception were consistently rude and unhelpful regarding payment. Since I booked through Booking.com, they repeatedly insisted I hadn’t paid and would not allow me to enter or leave the hotel. I asked multiple times for them to simply charge the card they already had on file, but they kept claiming they “couldn’t.” I ended up having to argue for nearly two hours on two separate occasions, once while trying to enter and again while trying to check out, before they finally processed the payment. What’s most frustrating is that they did end up charging the card anyway (only after I had already left the hotel), which makes the whole situation feel unnecessary and harassing. If Avasa Hotel does not want to handle payments for Booking.com reservations, they should clearly communicate that upfront. The lack of clarity and the way I was treated caused a lot of stress and wasted time, and it seriously affected my experience.

Bathroom, shower floors were slippery and stained. Towels felt cheap and used.

Great location , great breakfast buffet and close to all prime locations especially would suggest this space as it’s close to get the visa fingerprints done , just a few feet away ! Loved the stay and how respectful the staff were ! Had a pleasant stay There was some renovation going on in a few rooms, a bit noisy during the mornings

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the restaurants, the location I’m pescatarian and the Asian restaurant got me a chicken soup by mistake, and the waiter insisted that’s no chicken. I tasted and knew it’s chicken. That was really not ok (I haven’t eaten any meat for 10 years). They replaced it but I didn’t feel they felt bad for this incident that was making me angry.
