The restaurant, breakfast and how bug the bed is. Lovely.... From shower gel to body lotion. Good quality stuff. The smoking smell in the halls and those smokes come inyo your bedrooms by evening. Its serious matter. Othrreise, curtains, mats and everything will catch smoking smell. It already has. Rooms can smell better. They smell like cigarettes by evening due to the hall smoking smells. U should ban smoking its not good for business and health. Also not good for image for international clients.

I will like if the breakfast was included. Also yhere was absolutely nothing in the minibar and they didn’t bother to fill it up as well. Also no food after their kitchen closes except ice cream.

Internet issues in 6 and 7th floor

My recent experience at Daspalla Hyderabad was deeply unsatisfactory, primarily due to the exceptionally poor service from the reception staff and a significant maintenance issue in the room. While the Manager was professional and helpful when we interacted, the initial and subsequent interactions with the general reception team were appalling. Specifically, there was one older gentleman who was shockingly rude and seemed completely unwilling to assist or even speak politely. This kind of hostile and unhelpful attitude from front-line staff leaves a terrible first impression and severely detracts from the entire hotel experience. Good staff is crucial, and the rudeness we encountered here is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. To compound the issue, the basic facilities in the room were not functioning correctly. The toilet flush was not working properly, which is a fundamental hygiene and comfort requirement. Having to deal with maintenance issues like this, especially a non-functioning flush, only added frustration to an already unpleasant experience with the staff. The combination of: An incredibly rude and unhelpful older staff member at the reception. The overall unpleasant demeanor of the reception team. A major, basic maintenance failure (the non-working toilet flush). made our stay very uncomfortable and stressful. Although the manager was good, they cannot compensate for the consistently bad behavior of their team or the failure to maintain basic amenities. I would strongly caution others considering staying here.

The room is spacious and spotless. Friendly staff who are very responsive. Best location too. Nothing in particular. I'm happy with everything I've got

Another highlight of the stay was food which very good value both for quality ,quantity &taste The wifi was sometimes erratic & in house calls for reception ,housekeeping was very low volume or not connecting00

The breakfast is excellent, a good variety and very tasty

The breakfast was good. however i found that pongal had green chillies which is not the authentic way to prepare that. i requested for a smoking room and they told that they are sold out. i understand that the same is okay since they would have a limited room. my expectations were higher than the ideal sitiation. so no complaints. i accept

Very neat and well maintained through out. Some staff were very good. The A.C, well firstly the rooms were air cooled…. Not Air Conditioned, this was evident in the 2 rooms that I have stayed in. Even though there were controls in the room the temperature never changed to cold, this inspite of changing my room in the night.

Attitude of the reception. They call your mobile asking if we are still in the room rather than calling the room land phone.

Excellent location . Each and every staff across the premises was very vigilant to understand the guests need. There body language as well as facial index was amazing. They never seemed to show any anger or frustration. Just a room for improvement - during our stay as it was raining we didn't carry Umbrella. Wish Umbrella could be provided which is value addition. Although we requested we didn't get.

Excellent stay and fully satisfied.I have stayed almost every hotel in Hyderabad,However,for the value Daspalla is on top.Food is very good Even after check out,you keep getting email messages that "your reservation is at the risk of cancellation"
