Location was in center of city That was good part of the hotel Room were not clean, There were small cockroaches all around, Rooms were not soundproof, could not sleep because loud noise coming from outside

Location While booking the stay, in Booking.com it was mentioned breakfast included but hotel denied breakfast and told breakfast not included in your booking although we shown booking details. The receptionist shown ua their system that breakfast is not included. In room the switch boards were not functioning.

Location only AC 7 Geyser are not working. Our room was also changed to lower category. There are many insects in the room. Due to non working of AC suffocation is there. They frequently ask to change the room we have changed 2 times and evey time problem persists. On my request to curtain 1 day stay they denied latter on agree for 1 day but immediately take u turn after they know that I have booked my flight tickets on 17/4/2025 at 10 am. They have charged 4 days while I stay less than 3 days. Due to above reasons I have taken breakfast only for 1 day although I have paid for 4 days
