My Cousins wanted to stay with us on a particular Night we have requested for a spare bed and the hotel manager arranged immediately.. and they were very friendly There is nothing which I did not like.

My Favorit Hotel. Comfortable to reach from Airport and which is Center of my Shopping places and the Malis which I wish to visit. Any time food is available .. Midnight biryani my Favorit Comfort, and the reception people welcomed us so well.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff including Srinivas, who served as a great host, were very attentive, helpful, and kind. Plus the cuisine, including the varied and delicious breakfast and the skillfully prepared dinners, was very tasty. I also liked that the hotel was centrally located in Begumpet to allow easy access to all the points of interest. Nothing.

The staff was courteous. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast & Dinner Buffet is very good. Special mention about service from Gita Maitey at dining hall was good. Thank you.

Everything from the greeting upon arrival to check-in and all the way to the check-out process and everything in between was done real professionally and with a smile. I had a fall on the street and needed some medical help and they promptly responded and made sure I was okay. The property does not look like it is 45 years or so old. It is exceptionally well-maintained. Housekeeping staff were very diligent and did a remarkable job of keeping the room clean and spotless. The reception staff was always willing to help. The F&B team was attentive and did a fantastic job at breakfast even when busy. The security team handled my medical issue with utmost care and concern. The guards were always attentive, willing to help and polite. The teams working the foreground and who we interacted with likely had solid support from the back office as the hotel was run like a well-oiled machine. There are many places to eat in the area. The metro station is also walking distance. The rooftop pool is located in the sister property, Marigold Hotel, which is connected to Greenpark (about a one minute walk). The pool had nice views, but unfortunately, was too cold for swimming. The internet in the area had an issue one day and the hotel was willing to even provide us with a dongle so we could stay connected. They made up for the lack of connectivity for a few hours in other ways. That is a wonderful example of customer service! They kept us updated on the issue throughout.

The hotel is very clean. Rooms are sufficiently spacious Staffs are really supportive. Premise is spacious and gorgeous Good South Indian cuisine for breakfast Smart staffs. A true 4 star hotel. Other sevices like: currency exchange services are not so convenient. Very expensive than outside. I did not get support when I wanted to get a tourist sim card. Airport services are very expensive. Three folds than Uber XL. Location is not convenient for visitors who have come for medical purposes, famous hospitals are far away. Safety lockers were portable!!!!

The location was good. The hotel has good options with the food. The restaurants are great. The staff were very kind. The service was a bit slow.

The breakfast spread was elaboare. It had selection from North / South Indian, Western and some Oriental cuisine. There is nothing which I did not like.

Service time takes a lot. Morning breakfast would need a closer look, as the morning buffet was not so great. Staff need to be trained on how to handle the customer request promptly.
