Nothing Hospitality, Staff over there isn't trained. Most of them are trainee and they tried to pull extra money from me apart from the booking.com amount twice when I asked for the clarification. They said it’s their fault and pretend that system was charging extra. So that was the reason. This happened twice I lost my cool and I was embarrassed. When I was frustrated they didn't treated me good my entire stay

Location, But the cleanliness not up to the mark. Power outage, it’s a 5* property, doesn’t have a generator or inverter to maintain the uninterrupted electricity. And elevators are under maintenance during the rush hours. Breakfast not so good, does not have enough no of dishes. It be over 150 if international cuisine.

Breakfast: Excellent service; this was really impressive. Food was good especially considering the gas shortage and how they pivoted. Room: overall good Swimming pool: Good for the time I had. Really good service here too. Noise Disturbance: On one of the days, an event produced excessive noise levels exceeding 95dB. When I contacted the front desk, the initial response was dismissive, with staff stating the volume would remain until the event concluded. While they eventually agreed to lower the sound, the reduction was only temporary, and the volume quickly returned to disruptive levels.

The staff starting from front desk to the room service. The food and service is excellent The service staff and the managers are very polite and friendly Th Chef and sous chef and kitchen staff were awesome and the open kitchen is an exception The value is excellent
