To especially name a few people who always made us feel special: Abid, from housekeeping, with his impeccable manners and wonderful service. Abhinanda at the reception who offered us a late check out on knowing our flight schedule. Chef Chinna at Turquoise, who uncomplainingly prepared dishes for us that were not on the menu. Sridhar, Nasir, Nitin, Arkava would all get 5 stars for their kindness and hospitality. Some of them even conspired with Chef Chinna to prepare some gongura pickle (which I said I loved) for us to take home. And there was a farewell cake! All in all, an unforgettable experience. Nothing

The breakfast spread exceeded expectation. The room had a microwave oven, which can be helpful. Airport pickup was flawless. The bathroom needed more facilities to hang or keep clothes. A sofa in the room would have been useful.

Friendly staff , great restaurant for breakfast, comfortable room. This is a small thing but the bed comforter was winter heavy. Meaning it was too thick if I had a bed sheet I would have been fine but when I got cold I would get hot very fast if i used the comforter.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and super clean. The food in the brunch and breakfast was also high quality ? I can't say anything wrong about the hotel.

I've stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels in Hyd - this was the first time I stayed at Le Meridien I was amazed at how helpful and courteous the staff was from check in to housekeeping. The head of housekeeping Mr. Srinivas Reddy would leave a note and snacks every day - which added a really nice personal touch. The front desk staff - especially Mr Sai Ram were extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay and or change mode of payment - small things like this are usually unneccesarily complicated at most other hotels in my experience. The room was extremely large, with a nice big window, and the facilities were very clean and up to date. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay and this will become my main hotel in Hyd henceforth. The bar on the rooftop with a pool is extremely nice with a gorgeous view however it was very very loud. It would be nice if there was a small outdoor space to relax or read or have a cup of coffee without blaring music since the city itself is already loud.
