We're regulars at Park Hyatt by this point having stayed here multiple times. We love the location, the rooms, the food. Our check-in process this time around wasn't the smoothest because their systems were going through an update and it felt a bit like they were understaffed, but they were friendly and helpful regardless. Special shout out to the housekeeping staff who catered to all our requests with the utmost professionalism. Breakfast buffet options don't have all too much variety. The extra bed we requested they place in our room wasn't the most comfortable either... Other than that, loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

The location and property were excellent. The food options including the spread for Breakfast were great. The bar options were great. Service was great. I had an issue regarding Pre-Authorization, the hotel did pre-auth and did not use it to cover my bill as their systems failed. They did a refund which took around 5-6 days to show back in my card. The manager was very helpful and did a follow up to ensure this was closed.

All hotel staff, from reception to farewell, were friendly and welcoming, and quick to respond to any maintenance or other requests. The food was delicious and varied. It's nice that the location is close to the airport compared to other hotels, but it lacks a beautiful view; there are only buildings around you.

At first I was given a room which had common door with my adjoining road. So whenever there was any sound at the adjoining room it was a noise for my room and the first night of my stay was horrible as people in my adjoining room was doing party . However, next day I had to change the room, the hotel staff was very cooperative and I could change the room,

Location is decent. The room incl the washroom were great. like that we were provided water in glass bottles. Great value for money. We look forward to staying in Hyatt the next time too.

Our stay was very comfortable....food was exceptional and the staff was highly courteous..and prompt. Loved the hotel...highly recommend it Carpet in the rehearsal had some watermarks

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the fresh idlis, variety of south indian dishes along with continental choices. The location was convenient close to the major shopping areas and restaurants. Kareena and her team did a great job. The room cleaning service staff ( Balaji) and salon service staff ( Pallavi) was beyond expectation. We would like to thank each one of them from the bottom of our hearts to make our stay a memorable one. We would like to visit Hyderabad again and again just to stay at Park Hyatt, banjara hills. Overall we loved the exceptional staff and always willing to help with anything we need. Room service was quick and efficient.

We spent 4 very happy nights at the Hyatt.  The service is exemplary - all staff are trained to be attentive, friendly, prompt and polite at all times.  Guests are greeted at reception immediately with a smile and an enthusiasm to establish a good relationship, which extends throughout the stay. Ritesh was our named liaison contact; he was vigilant to keep in touch, respond to our requests and generally ensure we were having a first-class five star time. Which we were. This level of attention extents to all aspects of the hotel: the spa, swimming pool and gym and, of course, restaurants. The pool was a pleasure, a good length for serious swimmers, with a shallow wide ledge end for non-swimmers to enjoy the water, the sauna and steam room in the changing rooms were a joy.  The food is delicious (3 restaurants to choose from); the cocktails extremely well-priced; the dining room buffet is so well staffed that it is more 'we will help you' service than 'self-service'.  A total pleasure to stay here - and a great haven from which to enjoy the many treasures of (I think underrated) Hyderabad: from downtown Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace to the beautiful and atmospheric Qubt Shahi tombs and mighty Golconda fort. Put both the city and hotel on your next Indian holiday itinerary; you will not be disappointed.

Great welcome team especially Krithi at the front desk who escorted to my room. Air condition is set to 20 c which not always the correct temp . Should be flexible to change to 18c or 19c

Spacious room. Overpriced.

I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, and everything was well arranged. A perfect place for a family stay. Highly recommended!
