Had a wonderful stay in the park, the room view towards the Hussain sagar lake was amazing, and the buffet restaurant and the hotel staff were great. Special thanks to Heena for making my stay great.

The hospitality here is unmatched. All the staff members are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. I sadly don’t remember everyone’s name, but a huge thank you to the entire team. A special shout-out to Anushka for her amazing support and the detailed room tour—she really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The receptionists also deserve praise for making the check-in and check-out process so smooth and easy. I’m in love with their welcome drink! Let’s talk about the food—it’s absolutely delicious. Breakfast is always a highlight, but the real star of the menu is the Mutton Biryani. It’s an absolute must-try, rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. The Drinks Lounge area is another exceptional experience, with great music and a fantastic vibe. Pair your drink with the Fried Fish from the sides menu; it’s crispy, flavorful, and the perfect companion to a chilled evening. Thank you to everyone at The Park for consistently making my stays memorable. I’ll definitely be back for a fourth visit.

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay at the hotel and booked 2 rooms for our family. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very well designed. The food was delicious with so many buffet options, and the spa service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this resort. We did have a few minor hiccups during our stay, but overall it was a great experience. Compared to the rest of the hotel, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. Our room key stopped working every night, and we had to visit the front desk 3 separate times to have it reset. When we requested an iron, it took over an hour and several follow-up calls before it arrived, so they may need to stock more irons for guests. We eventually got frustrated and bought one locally. The refrigerator barely worked, and the hair dryer provided in the room was also low quality. These are definitely areas the hotel should improve. I had brought my own hair dryer and iron from the USA, but unfortunately they didn’t work because of the voltage difference.

The staff were extremely rude, nodding aggressively and making gestures, as if they believe they are giving the room for free or allowing you to stay in their house under their rules. I understand that hotels need policies to maintain order, but this behaviour is really unacceptable. They could have spoken politely, but I really disliked the front desk staff's attitude. They seem to consider themselves elite and make arbitrary rules about providing or withholding facilities. If this is a review and someone sees it, I humbly advise them not to book this hotel. Avoid it, especially if you are travelling from abroad and looking for a pleasant stay. This is not an option; it is a truly disgusting place to stay, even for an hour.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice views of Hussain Sagar. Food prices are very high and need to be aligned with what other / newer hotels are charging. Also, the overall interiors of the hotel and the rooms as well need a refresh as it feels dated and more like a 4-star hotel (you can tell the walls and doors have been repainted a few times). There were no activity areas for kids and it would help to introduce it in the future. Lastly, the facade with metal cladding is marred with bird droppings and needs regular cleaning.

The room was large and the bed was super comfortable! The shower and bathtub were great and had hot, running water. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious and the room service was fast. The room doesn't block the sound at all from the hallways and other guests slammed doors up to midnight. It was meant to be a time of extra rest for me but was way too noisy. I also had to wait quite a while both times I went to the service desk to get any help. The place was a very busy hotel.

The whole experience and stay was amazing With room service they would never send any plates or cutlery!!
