The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed. If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider FabExpress Deccan Heritage best organized among all accommodations we had so far. We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge. We can definitely recommend FabExpress Deccan Heritage, 10/10 Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd! P lease keep up with it!

The rooms provided upon arrival differ significantly from the ones shown in the booking photos. The images appear to have been heavily enhanced or exaggerated, creating a misleading representation of the actual accommodations.

Location of the hotel is near the rly station Some room bathroom so small and difficult to take bath, broken window. Somehow I was allowed to change the comfortable room after requesting the manager.

Nothing it was a nihhtmere One of my life worst expereince, dirty linen, torned plos.. Centuries old matress, vulgar and decoits type staff. Termites in the room, over flowing toilet bowls. One of my life worst experience, dirty linen, old and torn pillows. Centuries old mattress, vulgar and goons type staff. Termites in the room, overflowing toilet bowls. We feel cheated by both booking.Com and FAbExpress hotels Sincerely they must apologies not enough refund and compensate for our ordeal because of them We do have videos and pictures will be provided if requested. 10 days of harassment we faced. finally, after all this the building electricity went down and they failed to repair for two consecutive days. No A/c , now lift, we were forced to take stairs from the basement area which was dirty, dark no lights, all beer bottles and litter thrown at the footsteps. we had to open our mobile flashlights to reach 2nd floor for the building passing thru dirty kitchen like any horror movie. only after this FABexpress team after several calls wakeup to shift our hotel to another so called FAbexpress which same type of dirty and old linen, beds with 100 years old mattresses, unclean bathrooms, cockroaches telling us that this is executive room. booking.com must take serious action and return our money or properly compensate. the pictures posted on booking.com tell a different story.

I faced lots of issues from the hotel staff, their behavior was very rude , they didn't provide the room what I booked through bookings.com, they said that for this low budget we can provide only this room and there is no toilers , no towel, no phone , no tv nothing is there ,I aske them to provide some good linings and pillow cover for the room ,they didn't even listened to me , I felt very unsafe while staying there .
