Friendly staff, good food. better coordination between booking.com and property. I had changed my plans and informed the property manager. There were last minute hiccups those were thankfully resolved.

Room is clean and the location is good. Dining area and breakfast is good. Room is little bit congested. Bathroom is too much congested and there is no room cleaning done. There is a water drain issue in the bathroom and there is a noise from outside traffic.

Overall for a hotel this size it is a good option to stay overnight. Hotel staff and the front desk was very accommodating. The bathroom must be well lit. It was poorly lit.

Nothing Only one glass was there in the room . When I asked for second one they took too much time and that was plastic glass . My friend came to meet and they didn't allow them in the room.

Very helpful front office Manager. 1) Before allotting the room and handing over the key, the room should have been clean and ready for occupancy. This was not the case 2) Corridor leading to my second room had all washing clothes heaped up. It was an eyesore. 3) I was then allotted a third room, which they assured me was ready in all aspects. Thank God!
