DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOTELS AT "Fab Hotels- Hyderabad" in India Fab Hotels in India is unreliable and unprofessional. Please consider removing them from your website to help customers avoid unnecessary hassle. I paid for my booking in full in advance, but a week before my stay, they changed my booking to another Fab hotel, claiming the room quality would be the same. However, when I arrived, the room was far below my expectations. I contacted their customer service, and they moved my booking to yet another Fab hotel. When I got there, there were no rooms available. They then tried to relocate me to a third Fab hotel, but again, no rooms were available. I was traveling with kids, and I spent 4 hours searching for a room. Eventually, I called customer service and requested a full refund, as I could not find a place to stay. It was frustrating to find out that others who had booked through Booking.com faced the same issues
