Location Nothing was good, not clean. Toilet was terrible with broken seat. Lizards inside the room.

I didn’t stay here due to the last-minute message that pets were not allowed, despite the listing saying otherwise and even though I had messaged them soon after booking, which was two days before my arrival. Because of this, I can’t comment on what I might have liked. The listing falsely advertised the hotel as pet friendly, and the property only informed me two days after booking and at 1am on the day of arrival that pets weren’t allowed. Even though I happened to see the message, most people would be asleep at that time, and it was far too late to reasonably expect a guest to change plans or cancel for free. This caused significant stress and left me unable to cancel on my own. I had to call customer care to get the booking cancelled, and then book alternative accommodation just a few hours before my arrival, which was far more expensive.

they use modified fortune logo which is confusing and totally falsification of the real Fortune, ITC Brand. It is also very misleading to guests. area and locality is OK, from where our work location was, but the access road isn't good at one side of the hotel- lot of construction work was going on. the kitchen ad breakfast was inadequately staffed and looked like a canteen than a hotel. Menu was also not appropriate and there was no variety in the breakfast. the staff was OK and respectful an they wanted to make it a better place, but it wasn't in their hands.

The only positive was the beds were comfortable. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, the quality of the food and service was simply awful. Unfortunately, my family and I suffered from a stomach infection shortly after our stay, which we believe was caused by the food served at your hotel. To make matters worse, the glass used to serve water was plastic, which only added to the disappointing experience. The condition of the room was equally problematic. There were mosquitoes throughout, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Additionally, the tap water was leaking, and there was no proper water flow in the jet spray, which created an uncomfortable situation for us. Furthermore, I had requested a sandwich in advance, which was accepted by the staff. However, to my surprise, when we woke up in the morning, there were no meals packed as promised. This was highly unprofessional and frustrating. Given these issues, I believe that the hotel has been misleading in its branding, especially under the name “Fortune.” As a result, I urge you to provide a full refund for my stay. The overall experience was far from acceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Sincerely Mr.Naik
