Location is fantastic. Staff are responsive and polite. Reception was always quick to respond and help with whatever we asked for. The room was comfortable and linen was all clean. It was quite comfortable. and the location really carries it. The amenities in the room were a little subpar - small things like the tv remote not working, the kettle and glasses were very dirty, the bathroom had a open drain etc. Not deal breakers, but noticeable. Also if you're late for breakfast, it does run out and they only have 3 tables for breakfast so you might not get a place to sit.

The size of the room was nice - the floor and furnishings appear as quality. I don’t mind a very firm bed, so that was fine. Two of the Hotel employees engaged in conversation with me and they were quite nice. The gentleman at the front desk would do well to take customer service training. Perhaps he’s just shy and/or doesn’t know English very well, but he comes off as being unpleasant. Again, maybe he’s just shy. I stayed for three days and got charged ₹200 for a second bottle of water. It would seem a bottle of water and refreshers for the coffee and/or tea. Each day would seem reasonable in the daily room rate. I requested toilet paper and it was not delivered to me I did finally - a day later - get some when I asked for it while the boys were cleaning a room down the hall The towel rack fell off the wall. The shower didn’t work. I don’t mind taking a bucket bath, but if the shower is presented. It ought to be functional. There is what looks like a video device over the bathroom sink. Although, Broken. Definitely weird.!!! It wasn’t until my last night that I realized closing the bathroom door would at least diminish the noise outside significantly more than leaving the door open you might put a note on the door

The previous night as it was raining, the room had a water leakage.. When you ask for an extra bed in the room. For children, please keep in mind, they only give bed.. not along with the cot..

Staff are good! Breakfast! Instead of giving the complementary breakfast they could have said no breakfast. That was the worst breakfast and worst service of food.

I spent 8 days in a Premium room. -No proper breakfast -No handwash & shower gel -Few staff who are overworked ( but provide great service, specially Ajay in the reception and Jamil in housekeeping)
