After getting confirmed online once u reach hotel they say they don't accept online bookings and have to pay according to their tariff to get room. Only go for direct bookings

The hotel is a complete mess, there is no proper maintainance, the lift were not working, the room is not clean at all, and they charged me extra than what I booked for per day charges as well. Be aware - if if you got a lesser price for this hotel, they will charge extra once you reached the hotel.

Nothing, except the location and the fact that it was available for my 1 day stay Most of the time Hotel staffs are nowhere to be found at reception or anywhere. The whole property is dirty, smelly, not an ounce of cleanliness. There were no soap in my room, so I called the reception and requested one, the reception guy blatantly told that currently there is no one and I should take the soap myself from laundry in first floor. There were not a single glass or cup in my room, I had to take my meds so i called the reception and requested for a glass, again a lackadaisical answer that they don't have any glass. I requested them again that I have to take my meds, then they reluctantly told that it'll cost 5 bucks, I said fine whatever just give me a goddamn glass to have my meds. Then early morning there were no water in the tap, I called reception, as usual no response at all, however water came after 30 mins, on top of that the geyser was also not working. The height of all is when I just checked into my room. After I checked in one of the staff, just like that, tried to enter, luckily the door was bolted from inside, I was quite surprised and immediately opened the door and challenged the guy, in response he said that he wanted to check whether there was an extra key in the room, to that I said shouldn't u knock first ??? don't you have any decency that after a guest has checked into a room you are trying to enter without asking or knocking ?? he just left without a response. This kind of incident is the first for me and I decided that this I'll definitely put in my review. Booking.com should de-list this property immediately, and I would strongly recommend everyone that if you have an alternative please go with that instead of staying at this property. Also Booking.com should know this, they updated Booking.com that I have cancelled my reservation, whereas the truth is that I have very much stayed there, I have the GPay receipt with me to prove if required, moreover they did not give me any final bill or receipt on...

bed Sheets are not clean or used non washed sheets tv not working Geaser working but taps are too hard to get hot water no bed light and only a single tube light felt like a hospital room .

in this, there is nothing to like....... I have the worst experience in this hotel which don't fulfill my expectation ... 1. I booked the hotel from booking.com at Rs-679 but when I entered the hotel they denied to accept my booking at that price and charged double the amount which is Rs 1200 instead of Rs 679. 2. They haven't provided a complimentary single water bottle, soap, or handwash. 3. Water quality is so hard to use even if the rust and corrosion were there. 4. Ac was not working properly. 5. Fan continuously makes noise. 6. Switchboards was in a hilarious condition where I suffered from the shock as well even though there was a cut in the wire. 7. I entered the room and saw there are lots of cockroaches in the wardrobe. 8. Tv is not working 9. Flush jet was not working properly

I don't like it at all this hotel no water at all Food is worst please don't order in this hotel 2days rice they are making fried rice worst taste totally angry on this hotel... I booked this hotel thru booking.com 1 night timing will be 12pm to 11am but when I go to hostel I asked I already booked OK then he asked name and all for their list it was showing only 3hrs around 24hr I booked but that fellow saying for us it was showing only 3hrs he took extra amount waste fellow I was showing booking details even he took extra money plss don't book
