Nothing These people are fraudsters. Despite confirmed booing and payment, they demand double the amount during check-in. If we are ready to pay more they will not allocate the room. My booking price was 815 rupees but they made me pay 1415 rupees. This is daylight robbery. The room is horrendous, untidy. They didn't change the bedsheets. There is no TV remote, no towels. It was the worst experience. I would strongly advise everyone to not book from these fraudsters.

AC was not working, its leaking heavily. Staff behavior was not at all acceptable. Initially check in was denied stating rooms were over booked, they even asked us to cancel the booking so they can arrange the room for double price. I have escalated the issue with bookingc.com, team was approachable, and could be able to provide a room after discussing with hotel management. However, they have given a room which is not up to the standards and AC was not functional and leaking heavily. And staff behavior towards the customers was highly inappropriate. Very rude and disgusting behavior from the staff.

The hotel was absolutely affordable for the price, the staff is so responsive and provide all the amenities. I had a great stay at this place. Hot water 24/7, good washroom, in room kettle with coffee, sugar and tea powder. Everything was absolutely amazing.

They charged excess 400 from me above online price. And the property and service is not at all meet your expectations. Try not to go there.
