I already book a room but when I reached the hotel the staff saying it was sold out and the rooms are full...its waste of time to book a hotel in advance

Nothing I liked The room was in a bad condition, on arrival staff informed that only one room with Air Conditioning is available and asked me to cancel the booking.

Faucet did not work in washroom, water leakage from tap and shower, blanket and other beddings were in bad condition.

Room was specious.. Comfortable bed.. AC& Fan are working .. Too much water scarcity..Water not coming from Basin, Toilet & bathroom.. You have to call them for water..Even drinking water is also not available always..You have to force them for water suppily. ?

I have booked through booking.com, but when I reach the hotel staff saying that your booking is not showing for us like that,then he took extra cost to provide rooms for us and that too no hot water..
