The hotel was at prime location. Easily accessible. The F&B staff were rude and not responsive. Brought the wrong order and were not taking responsibility to bring the correct order. Instead argued at large saying that we placed the wrong food order. There were cockroaches in the room and there was a foul smell in the room and corridor. However, the lobby area was clean

Nothing to like about the property, it’s just a mediocre hotel with worst staff! The front desk staff is very very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers, especially a lady(Hasina) and other guy. They are not trained and do not have basic skills how to respond and communicate regarding stay. I contacted the property before the booking and after the booking but when you show up for check-in there are hidden costs which are not shown on this app and they charge you extra and don’t care to explain and if you insist they gang up and shout. They charged me Rs.4500/night even though the app says Rs.3400 and this app doesn’t let you cancel the booking and you are stuck with them. You can’t complain to the hotel’s management coz they gang up and yell that all of them are managers. I regret not booking at other neighborhood hotels which cost 50% fewer than this disgusting hotel! I lost my credibility and honor in front of my relatives due to their behavior.

All the hotels of the Dhanturi group are primarily party halls. I have stayed at few of their hotels in & around LB Nagar (Hyderabad) between Jan and April 2024, as we had a project in Hyderabad. Front office staff are most unprofessional. Restaurant has limited choice.
