Sunday Hotel

Loved how friendly was the staff. The room was also bigger than we anticipated. The coffee during breakfast was one of the worse ones I have had. But that was the only downside of the entire stay.

The secretary was very helpful and accomadating- (and even asked the store to give us a discount!) when i was looking fora store to buy a suitcase as mine broke on my stay. We are very greatful! The tv didnt have Netflix or Youtube which was a shame.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute stay at Sunday Hotel, where you truly feel like part of the family. Katerina, the owner, is friendly and super helpful, as is her daughter (we assume), who is also very kind and helpful. The food there is tasty, and Stelios at the bar is very friendly; we enjoyed having small conversations with him. The pool is nice, and the hotel is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center of Ialysos. Just keep in mind that there might be some mosquitoes around, especially on the balcony. This hotel comes highly recommended!

Peaceful hotel with nice breakfast, room and pool

Only here for 1 night, but definitely recommend. Friendly, kind staff, who helped us with transportation from ferry & later to airport. A very comfortable, clean, quiet location close to airport. Bed was great…not too hard! Walking distance to tavernas, stores, beach etc. We didn’t have time to make use of pool, but the breakfast was great & reasonably priced. nothing

I had a great stay at Sunday Hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and I especially appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability — from the products they use to the overall vibe, it really shows they care. It’s a great place to stay while exploring Rhodes, with nice restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Relaxed atmosphere, thoughtful service — highly recommended!

I liked the room and location! Close to the airport and the beach. WiFi was very strong. Restaurant was convenient. Clean bathroom. Warm shower. Nice snacks and spacious room. I was hoping to relax at the pool and I didn’t know it was a family vibe hotel. The pool area was not quiet which was not what I expected. A lot of noise in the pool area and could hear even in the room.

Everything was good. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was good. Food and service was good. Prices were excellent. Reception was good. Nothing.

Clean room only small ants a bit disturb. A lot of parking possibilities. Super market close. A bit worry how the hotel stands the possible earth quake when looking at the walls in the balkony. The hotel restaurant would get more income by showing the menu in the room.

Sunday Hotel in Ialysos offers pleasant service, clean and new rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the family-run staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the airport, supermarket, beach and restaurants, it’s a good value for money. Recommend!

Lots of things! We liked the apartment which is modern, very clean, the double bed was very big and comfortable, the toilet and shower were very nice, all in general was great. I did not expect cleaners every day! That was lovely. Also, the Pool was beautiful and very clean, lovely setting with all the sun beds and umbrellas and you can enjoy a drink whilst in the pool! This hotel is in a quiet location, brilliant for chilling holidays. All the staff are lovely, breakfast was delightful and has a great variety of choices. Oh, and the moussaka is very good! Home made! We totally recommend it! The TV selection is limited, nothing like Netflix or youtube. The Shower is not the biggest, but it’s enough for quick showers. In the kitchen, a microwave could have been useful.

Love everything about this place the staff are so friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble the hotel is really looked after and super clean food is also excellent however the location means there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to eat put Nothing cannot fault the hotel at all

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice area around the pool. Relatively quiet. We had a car so it was no problem but perhaps the location is a little isolated for those who want to see a bit more of the island

Great location with the beach a short walk, lots of sunbeds and spare towels provided. Pool is a good size. Bar is great and cocktails yummy, food is very good for lunch or evening, and breakfast buffet has great selection of hot and cold food all freshly prepared. Staff are so helpful and polite. Our room had the bed on mezzanine floor which meant more room downstairs for changing, eating at the table etc. There wasn't anything negative, this was our second stay at Sunday as we loved it so much in 2023 we decided to come back this year.
