The location is good I didn’t like the towel I was given. It was brown, WiFi wasn’t that strong, there was water issue the night I lodged and we were given water in buckets which delayed our movements that morning.

Very friendly Receptionist Nifemi and the kitchen Lady Easter was awesome. Especially the security guys, laundry, and these and those room services. Were wonderful. They just have to work on the lounge

Incredible service oriented space. Small rooms but very conducive for everything I need to do in the city. Bar and restaurant are very prompt with service. Breakfast time fluctuates a lot even when staff confirm time. But I could do without, just notes on improvements.

This hotel offers basic but comfortable facilities. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast on offer was simple but tasty. There are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. I think that overall it was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. This is not a negative about the property - rather just to advise that depending on what direction you approach from, Google Maps sends you the wrong way so you need to tell your driver that you must approach off of Osuntokun Avenue. It is in a gated community and other routes will not lead you in the correct direction.

The electrical socket provision didn't meet my phone specification charger which is American spec. I couldn't charge my phone.
