The overall quality of the place was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. While the restaurant is not inexpensive compared to similar hotels in Lagos, the quality and portion sizes more than justify the price. It was particularly impressive to see well-prepared and delicious continental dishes available alongside local cuisine, catering thoughtfully to non-African guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Some of the facilities are getting old and need some refreshing but overall still okay. I also think there’s room to improve the pricing strategy. The hotel is more expensive than similar or better hotels in Lagos especially for a period when occupancy is low. More flexible or seasonal pricing could help attract additional guests during quieter times.

The breakfast buffet was nice and varied every day. The room was comfy, spacious, and clean. The bathroom had a spacious shower with strong water pressure. Several restaurant options are on the premises. There are good restaurants nearby. The restaurant(s) are (perhaps not surprisingly) rather overprized and not especially good. There are better and less expensive options outside of the hotel.

My bedside lamp was broken. For $250 a night, I think they can do better. It's definitely not worth the price

Breakfast was good. The whole ambience was welcoming. It can be much cleaner. The mattress was too hard. And the bathroom who do with hand towels.
