Maybe the furniture in the room..!!! TERRIBLE ATMOSPHERE.... !!! INTERNET FACILITIES BAD, ALWAYS FLUCTUATING EVEN WHEN YOU'RE LIMITED TO 2 GADGETS...NO BREAKFAST FOR TWO AS ADVERTISED OR BOOKED...NO PORTER TO TAKE YOUR LUGGAGES ON CHECK OUT..!!!!

The only thing I liked was the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast options were minimal, WiFi kept tripping off during my entire stay, I ordered dinner to my room the entire stay and the first night the restaurant called my room and woke me up at 11:30pm to inform me that they were sending someone to collect my plate- I complained about this and was told it was an order from the management. Very strange indeed. The check out process was long as well.

First room offered was not satisfactory but the porter quickly offered alternative room. Room furnishing was okay Meral was great only the omelette was too oily Not many sanitizer points . Reception had to be told about importance of wearing mask. They complied immediately

First of all getting to the hotel, the receptionist was quoting a completely different price from what was seen on Booking.com. The customer service is extremely poor. We got a room that clearly had a fault, raising this with the receptionist she showed no form of concern. She had an attitude addressing us.
