Only 3 items. So didn’t match what was advertised! Pool that I needed was filthy so couldn’t use it. Toilet flushed occasionally. Facilities kept letting us down. Housekeeping poor; dusty wardrobe despite having just been cleaned. Telephone filthy, old with gnarled telephone cord. The line was also crackling so conversations were difficult. I have a physical disability so couldn’t use the narrow bathroom due to the static glass that was secured to the ceiling. There was a leak underneath the sink so the bathroom floor was wet which was a health hazard for all three of us. The toilet seat was cracked so you had to be careful you didn’t get pinched when you sat on it. The soap was so cheap we couldn’t use it despite this being a 4 star hotel! The sink was cracked and had been for a very long time. In a nutshell, it didn’t deliver on any of the basic things that you expect when booking into a hotel. 3 sofa beds were confirmed but we had a sofa and a hard uncomfortable mattress which caused sleep less nights for both parties that slept on it. So they ached in the morning. I was appalled when I sat on it! Never ever in my years (over 40 years) of visiting hotels in Nigeria have an experienced such! See above and swop data. I liked the Attentive staff, who looked after me well. I also enjoyed the local/traditional food.
